Who I Am
I’m Joe DeGraaf, a Gallup and ICF Certified coach who has spent years helping small business owners unlock the potential of their teams. My work is grounded in a simple but powerful idea: when leaders and teams know their purpose, align their values with their strengths, and creates systems around what matters, everyone wins.
Over the years, I’ve guided leaders and teams through workshops and coaching programs focused on clarifying values, discovering strengths, and building purposeful cultures. I’ve seen firsthand how this approach transforms not just performance, but engagement, energy, and fulfillment in the workplace.

Why I do This
Some of the most fulfilling experiences in my work have come from helping students and professionals discover a sense of purpose and leadership potential. Helping them see who they could be clarified my own calling: to help leaders and teams realize their potential, build authentic alignment, and grow in ways that matter — for their business and for their people.
